Stonecreek is located just south of Guadalupe and west of Val Vista Drive in Gilbert.  In 2004 it was the Neighborhood of the year in Gilbert.  It is just east of the large Freestone Park which is maintained by the town of Gilbert.  It has tennis courts, baseball diamonds, a lake, a skateboard park and a minature Railroad.  During the year, concerts and other civic activities are conducted in the park.
