Sonoma Ranch is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Guadalupe Road and Val Vista in Gilbert Arizona.  The homes in this community were built in 1995 and 1996 by Shea Homes.  The size of the homes range from about 1250 to over 3000 Square Feet.  38% of the homes in Sonoma Ranch have pools. Stonecreek is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Guadalupe Road and Val Vista in Gilbert Arizona. Gilbert is now a community of 212,000 as of June 1, 2008 that was mostly cottonfields and horse farms just 12 to 15 years ago. Now a bustling community with many new subdivisions and shopping resources. It is a great "family" area with many children's sports activities and great parks and schools.
