The average pricet in Gilbert was $193,057 for the last month which is up slightly from last month. Prices are expected to stabilize. As of 1/1/12, there are 2017 single family homes for sale in Mesa and 757 homes sold in the last month. Average sales price for Mesa homes was $121,490 which is the same as last month. Prices are expected to stabilize. Inventory of homes is way down.

Lower prices on foreclosed homes are projected in 2012 based on the ARMLS pending price index. Lender owned homes as a percentage of total sales is expected to decrease as banks hold on to their foreclosure inventory of homes. Banks are expected to unleash their inventories in 2012.
