Sonoma Ranch is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Guadalupe Road and Val Vista in Gilbert Arizona.  The homes in this community were built in 1995 and 1996 by Shea Homes.  The size of the homes range from about 1250 to over 3000 Square Feet.  38% of the homes in Sonoma Ranch have pools. This neighborhood is conveniently located within 3 major streets of the I-60 freeway which offers easy access to all of the Phoenix area. Sonoma Ranch also has an elementary school conveniently located within the neighborhood so that school children can walk to school.  Gilbert Public Schools is well known for it's academic prowess and parent participation at all school levels. 

Val Vista Place is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Elliott Road and Val Vista.  Homes in this community were built between 1994 and 1996 by Continental Homes. This community's homes range in size from 1300 to over 3500 square feet with 44% of the homes having a pool.  The focal point of Val Vista Place is the large 10 acre park which is located off of Stonecreek Road near the community entrance on Elliott.  Val Vista Place Park features include a Children's Play area, sand Volleyball pit, large basketball court and a walking path on the perimeter. This community is adjacent to Gilbert High School and walking distance to Mesquite Elementary School. 

Stonecreek is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Val Vista and Juniper.  Homes in this community were built between 1987 and 1993 by various builders including Continental Homes, Key Homebuilders and General Homes.  The homes range in size from 1300 to 3500 square feet.  This community has tennis courts and community pools.  It is situated in close proximity to Freestone Park.   

Gilbert's great schools and residential planning continues to draw buyers to the Gilbert area. Gilbert has gracefully expanded to 218,000 residents with new shopping centers near the completed I202 freeway. Gilbert has experienced a 52% growth in the last 5 years! Gilbert is now a community of 217,109 as of November 1, 2008. Gilbert was mostly cottonfields and horse farms just 12 to 15 years ago. Now a bustling community with many new subdivisions and shopping resources. It is a great "family" area with many children's sports activities, great parks and schools.
